Swift Under Threes opened in October 2024 and is part of the Naval Under Fives family. Our nursery is specially designed for children up to 3 years old, offering a safe, caring, and engaging environment.
Our experienced team create a warm and nurturing atmosphere, supporting each child’s individual needs and helping them build confidence through play, discovery, and early learning experiences. At Swift Under Threes, we’re passionate about giving children the very best start in life, working closely with families to make sure every child feels secure,
happy, and ready for the next steps on their journey.

Zoe St John – Manager
My Name is Zoe and I am the Manager at Swift Under Three’s. I have worked in Early years for 15 years, in both school and nursery settings.
I have a passion for supporting those with SEND and advocating for
children and their families as they navigate through a journey I myself have had to navigate as a parent.
At home I enjoy spending time with my family, board games and long hikes with my dogs.
Susan – Deputy Manager
I am Swift’s deputy Manager and SEND Coordinator. I am currently studying level 3 Senco which I will complete in November 2025. I hold a level 5 in Early Years Playwork and Education.
I have been working in the childcare sector since March 1999. A passion
and interest from having two amazing children of my own and now a Granny to my two adorable Grandchildren.
I am also a lover of animals and work as a volunteer farm ranger at weekends when I am available.
I enjoy theatre, especially musicals and attend tap lessons.
Caitlin – Apprentice
Hi my name is Caitlin, I am an apprentice currently attending Fareham college where I am studying Early Years Level 2, this will be completed by November 2025 and I will then be moving on to my Level 3 qualification.
I enjoy working in childcare because I love watching the children grow and evolving their own little characters.
Darcey – Early years Practitioner
Hi I’m Darcey, I have worked at Naval Under Fives for four years and have had the pleasure of working at few different settings within the company. I enjoy reading, spending time with my family and walks in nature.
I hold a Level 3 qualification in Early years.
